It is the unique private neighborhood that recycles and additionally has a social club, water slides, sauna, soccer field, golf field and a lot of nature around.
Been this the unique differentiator from the other private neighborhoods, residents from El Lago de Capeira know that they have to give their part to Earth, so they celebrate dates as: Earth Day, World Environment Day, Birds National Month, and others.
Although over the year, El Lago de Capeira has done some communicational efforts, this is absent some time ago. Considering this need, they came to us asking for a campaign that will help them to achieve one objective: get people interested and make them call for information about Sindanoy’s houses, which belongs to the private neighborhood El Lago de Capeira.
ReasoningThe communication of El Lago de Capeira focused on offering the opportunity to live together with nature and the ecologist ideology from their people, highlighting that the residents of that private neighborhood are consent about the importance of caring the habitat where they live.
